2. About Our Dropshipping Store

We are an online retailer operating on a dropshipping model. This means:

• Products are sourced from third-party suppliers

• Items ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses

• We do not physically stock inventory

• Delivery times vary based on supplier and destination

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

• The information you provide is accurate and complete

• You are the authorized user of the payment method

4. Product Information

4.1 Accuracy

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However:

• Colors may vary due to monitor settings

• Slight variations in products may occur

• Specifications may change without notice

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in [EUR/USD] and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed will be honored at the price at time of purchase.

5. Orders and Acceptance

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason

• You will receive an order confirmation via email (this is not acceptance)

• Order acceptance occurs when we ship the product

• We may cancel orders due to: pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Netherlands

• Standard delivery: 7-10 business day

6.2 European Union

• Standard delivery: 10-18 business days

• Express delivery available: 3-7 business days

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

For customers in the European Union:

• You have 14 days to cancel your order without giving any reason

• The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving your goods

• You must notify us of your decision within this period

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective

7.2 Exceptions to Withdrawal Right

You cannot cancel orders for:

• Customized or personalized products

• Perishable goods

• Sealed items (health/hygiene) that were opened

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For EU Customers (including Netherlands)

• No additional customs fees or import duties

• VAT is included in the price

• We are registered for EU VAT (OSS/IOSS where applicable)

For Non-EU Customers

• You are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees

• These are not included in our prices

• We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance

• Check with your local customs office for estimated costs

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• War, terrorism, or civil unrest

• Pandemics or epidemics

• Government actions or regulations

• Supplier failures or bankruptcy

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images) is our property and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

13. Governing Law (Netherlands)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
