3. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee:

  • Return items within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • You pay return shipping

  • Refund issued within 7 business days of return receipt

4. Conditions for Returns

4.1 Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Free from pet hair, smoke, or other odors

4.2 Non-returnable items:

  • Underwear, swimwear, or lingerie (hygiene reasons)

  • Earrings or pierced jewelry

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Sealed items where seal is broken (cosmetics, supplements)

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

We will:

  • Provide a return shipping label (free)

  • Send a replacement OR issue full refund

  • Refund original shipping costs

9. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange:

10. Order Cancellations

Before shipment:

  • Cancel within 1 hour of order: Free
